XC 2025 Meet #4 Mahwah High School

Hi everyone,

Tomorrow our athletes will again be competing at Mahwah High School 50 Ridge Road, Mahwah NJ. It will be a hot day so bring lots of water and maybe a tent or umbrellas. Cold Gatorade will be available post race.

The first race will begin at 930 with subsequent races starting approximately 20 minutes after. Boys & girls will race together- medals will be awarded to the top 3 boys and top 3 girls in each division as they cross the finish line. Official results will be listed on NJStriders.com in a day or two. Please arrive 45-60 minutes prior to the start of your race to allow time for parking and warm ups. Course walk through will be available at 9:00am and course map is available on NJStriders.com.

APPROXIMATE start times are as follows:

7/8 yr olds (2017-2018) 1500m 9:30am
9/10 yr olds (2016-2015) 3000m 9:50am
11/12 yr olds (2014-2013) 3000m 10:05am
13/14 yr olds (2012-2011) 4000m 10:25am

Runners should wear their Westwood singlets and black shorts. WE WILL REUSE BIBS FROM THE LAST MAHWAH/NJSTRIDERS MEET. If you have not yet competed in Mahwah and need a bib, please see Nancy & Courtney when you arrive.
