XC 2025 Meet #5 Mahwah High School

Hi everyone,
This Sunday we will be back for our last NJStriders Meet at Mahway High School.  As of now it looks like the rain will not start until late morning/early afternoon- hopefully all of the races will be completed by then. Generally, cross country continues ran or shine so please come prepared with tents, umbrellas, change of clothing, etc.  Be sure to check TeamSnap on Sunday morning to see if there have been any changes/cancellations due to the weather.

The first race will begin at 930 with subsequent races starting approximately 20 minutes after. Boys & girls will race together- medals will be awarded to the top 3 boys and top 3 girls in each division as they cross the finish line. Official results will be listed on NJStriders.com in a day or two. Please arrive 45-60 minutes prior to the start of your race to allow time for parking and warm ups. Course walk through will be available at 9:00am and course map is available on the NJStriders site.

APPROXIMATE start times are as follows:

7/8 yr olds (2017-2018) 1500m 9:30am
9/10 yr olds (2016-2015) 3000m 9:50am
11/12 yr olds (2014-2013) 3000m 10:05am
13/14 yr olds (2012-2011) 4000m 10:25am

Runners should wear their Westwood singlets and black shorts/pants. WE WILL REUSE BIBS FROM THE LAST MAHWAH/NJSTRIDERS MEET.   Please be sure your athlete dresses appropriately for the weather- running in raincoats, sweatshirts, etc is not recommended as they will overheat quickly.  If they are running in the rain it is a good idea to bring a change of clothing.
